Twist up, dab on, blend with a fingertip. Build the intensity to taste.

On the lips: apply directly for a soft satin shine.
On the cheeks: dab on the cheekbones and blend upward.
On the eyes: sweep across the lid as a cream eyeshadow for a shimmering wash.
